The Dean Trust is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Dean Trust Wigan.
The core purpose of the role will be to lead and supervise lessons to classes in different subject areas during any absence of teachers. The post holder will deliver lessons as provided by the absent teacher and the primary focus of the role will be to ensure effective progress of pupil learning is maintained during the absence whilst establishing an atmosphere in the classroom conductive to effective leanring.
